TikTok rates by creator tier
Follower tier still gives a rough starting frame, even though views are the real driver underneath it. The ranges below blend several 2026 industry benchmark reports for mainstream consumer niches at typical view-through for each tier. Finance, tech, and health content commonly runs 2 to 5 times these baselines.
| Tier | Followers | Typical Views per Video | Rate Range |
|---|---|---|---|
| Nano | 1K–10K | 1K–15K | $25–$400 |
| Micro | 10K–100K | 15K–150K | $300–$3,000 |
| Mid-tier | 100K–500K | 150K–800K | $2,000–$15,000 |
| Macro | 500K–1M+ | 800K+ | $10,000–$60,000+ |
Ranges synthesized from multiple 2026 industry benchmark reports for mainstream consumer niches. Actual quotes depend heavily on average views per video, niche, and whether usage rights or exclusivity are requested, treat this as a starting reference, not a fixed price.
Why TikTok prices by views, not followers
TikTok distribution runs primarily through the For You Page algorithm rather than a subscriber or follower feed, which means view counts can swing dramatically from one video to the next, independent of follower count. A creator with 80,000 followers averaging 400,000 views per video can legitimately charge more than a creator with 300,000 followers averaging 25,000 views, because brands are paying for the audience a video actually reaches, not the number sitting in a follower count.
If a brand opens with an offer based only on follower count, countering with your actual average views from recent videos, and the CPV math behind them, tends to produce a stronger, more defensible number than accepting the follower-based figure.
Dedicated video, integration, or Creator Marketplace
Where a deal comes from and how it's structured changes the number as much as your stats do.
- Dedicated video. The entire video is built around the sponsor. Highest rate of the three, typically 30 to 50 percent above an integration on the same account, since it demands the most creative control and production time.
- Integration, 15–30 seconds. A sponsor segment inside an otherwise organic-style video. The most common TikTok brand deal format, since it protects the creator's usual content while still delivering a real audience.
- Creator Marketplace. TikTok's official platform for connecting brands and creators. Convenient, but rates here commonly run around 35 percent below what the same creator could negotiate directly with a brand, since the platform standardizes and takes a cut.
Negotiating directly with brands rather than relying solely on Creator Marketplace listings is usually worth the extra effort once a creator has enough of a track record to make that outreach credible.
A worked example
Here is what these factors produce against a real account profile.
SponsorCraft's TikTok calculator pricing a 54,000-follower health and wellness account, dedicated video selected as the deal format.
Notice the dedicated video sits well above both the integration and the Creator Marketplace estimate. That gap is the reason negotiating directly, and pushing for a dedicated format when the brand's budget allows it, tends to outperform accepting whatever a marketplace listing suggests.
Free calculator vs. the full app
SponsorCraft's TikTok calculator applies this same logic to your own account, followers, average views, niche, engagement, and audience geography, then prices dedicated video, integration, and a Creator Marketplace reference separately. It's part of the $49 one-time Creator License, which also adds YouTube, Instagram, and Shorts calculators, the multi-platform bundle calculator for creators running more than one channel, PDF rate card export, and a document bundle with a contract, media kit, and outreach email templates. There is no subscription on any tier, and the app runs fully offline as a single file with no login.
