How it works

Three steps to your rate

Step 01

Enter your metrics

Input your subscribers, average views, engagement rate, niche and US audience percentage. The tool guides you with tooltips.

Step 02

Get your rate estimates

Rates update live across all placement formats. Add deal add-ons: usage rights, whitelisting, exclusivity and rush fees, to build your full deal value.

Step 03

Export your rate card

Generate a professional branded PDF rate card ready to email to brands. No design tools needed. Looks like a pro media kit on first open.

Inside the app

See the app in action

Every screen here is the real product, captured from the app you download. Nothing is a mockup.

YouTube calculator

Long-form pricing, built from your own numbers

Subscribers, average views, engagement and audience geography drive a dedicated video, mid-roll and pre-roll rate at once. Every placement carries a defensible range rather than one take-it-or-leave-it figure.

Instagram calculator

Reels, Stories, Feed and link in bio, priced apart

A Story is not a Reel and should not cost the same. Each format gets its own rate, and you choose which ones a brand is actually buying while the rest stay visible for reference.

TikTok calculator

Views drive value, not follower count

TikTok reach rarely tracks follower count, so the model prices on what your videos actually do. Dedicated posts, shorter integrations and Creator Marketplace benchmarks sit side by side.

Shorts calculator

Shorts priced on their own economics

Vertical clips are not discounted long-form. Price a single Short, or a multi-Short bundle with volume pricing applied, and compare it against a combined Shorts plus long-form package.

Multi-platform bundle

The package brands would rather sign

Toggle on every platform you post to and the bundle recalculates as one number, with each channel's contribution shown underneath. No competitor offers this.

Deal add-ons

Where most creators leave money behind

Usage rights, whitelisting, exclusivity and rush delivery, each with industry-standard multipliers from +20% to +264%. Switch one on, pick the window, and watch the deal total move.

FAQ

Common questions

There is no single right number, which is why the question is so hard to answer in a comment thread. Brand deal rates depend on your average views rather than your follower count, the niche you post in, your engagement rate, the platform, the placement, and what usage rights the brand wants afterwards. Two creators with identical follower counts in different niches can be worth very different amounts. SponsorCraft asks for those inputs and works the rate out from published benchmark data instead of a flat average.

It depends on the format as much as the size of your account. A Reel, a feed post, a Story frame and a link in bio all carry different value to a brand, and Instagram rates move with engagement rate more than most platforms do. SponsorCraft prices each of those placements separately and then adjusts for your niche, so you get a figure for the specific thing the brand is asking for rather than one blended number.

TikTok pricing follows views rather than followers, which catches a lot of creators out. An account with 20,000 followers and consistently high view counts can be worth more to a brand than one with 100,000 followers and flat reach. SponsorCraft prices TikTok brand deals from your view data and covers dedicated videos, integrations and Creator Marketplace benchmarks.

If you have never priced against benchmark data, it is likely. The most common reasons are pricing on follower count instead of views, using one rate across every platform, and giving away usage rights, exclusivity or rush turnaround for nothing. Those add-ons carry industry-standard multipliers from +20% to +264%, so leaving them out of a quote is the single fastest way to underprice a deal.

Give a specific number with the reasoning attached, rather than a range you will end up negotiating down from. Stating what the rate covers, which platform and placement it applies to, and what is not included makes a quote much harder to haggle over, because you are pricing a scope rather than a feeling. SponsorCraft exports a branded PDF rate card for exactly this, and the Pro bundle includes outreach email templates.

On most brand deals, asking for their budget first is the stronger position, because it costs you nothing and occasionally comes in above what you would have asked for. Many brands will not answer, though, and stalling to avoid giving a number can read as inexperience. Knowing your own defensible rate means you can quote straight away when they push back.

Usage rights are the largest and most commonly missed line item in a brand deal. Letting a brand run your content as a paid advert, keep it beyond the campaign window, or use it on their own channels are three separate things, each worth charging for. SponsorCraft has these as toggles with industry-standard multipliers, so you can see what a request is actually worth before you agree to it.

Follower count on its own is not enough to price a deal, which is why the answers to this question vary so wildly. A 10,000-follower account in finance or B2B software can be worth several times one of the same size in general entertainment, and average views matter more than the follower number in every case. In 2025, 39% of brands chose nano-influencers as their primary partners, so a smaller engaged audience is not the disadvantage it is often assumed to be when brand deals are handed out.

No account. No subscription. No internet required after download. SponsorCraft is a single HTML file that runs entirely in your browser (laptop, phone, or tablet). Calculate your rates, export your rate card, and send it to brands completely offline.

No. It is a one-time purchase. Download once, use forever. No renewals, no recurring fees.

Yes. The license allows commercial use. Agencies can use SponsorCraft to generate rate estimates and rate cards for their creator clients.

No. They are estimates based on industry benchmarks. Actual deals vary by negotiation, brand budget, audience fit, content quality, and relationship. Use them as a confident baseline. Many creators report landing deals 10–30% above initial asks when presenting professional rate cards.

No, it works fundamentally differently. Most calculators apply a flat average. SponsorCraft runs a five-step formula: your actual views drive reach, your niche adjusts the CPM (finance content is worth more per view than gaming), your engagement is compared to your platform's own average, your tier affects per-impression quality, and your US audience percentage adjusts for advertiser spending alignment.

Every CPM, multiplier, floor, and add-on percentage is sourced from Modash (2026), Influencer Marketing Hub (2025–2026), Impact.com (2025), ClickAnalytic (2026), and Lumanu survey data. 128 individual data points were verified against the source research.

This was built specifically for nano and micro creators (the ones without agencies, managers, or industry contacts to ask). The model includes tier-specific rate floors so you're never underpriced based on audience size alone. In 2025, 39% of brands chose nano-influencers as their primary partners.

The free version covers YouTube only. The paid app adds Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts calculators; the full add-ons module; the branded PDF rate card export; and the full document bundle: sponsorship contract, media kit, five email templates, how-to guide, and pricing cheat sheet.

When you send a branded rate card that looks like a professional document, brands treat the number inside it seriously. When you paste a screenshot from a grey form into an email, they treat it like a guess. Design is a credibility signal. In sponsorship negotiations, credibility directly affects what brands are willing to pay.

The estimates are realistic starting points based on aggregated 2025–2026 industry data, adjusted for your unique metrics. Actual deals vary by negotiation, brand budget, audience fit, and content quality. Use them as a confident baseline.

It's simple: enter your recent average views/impressions, engagement rate, follower/subscriber count, niche/category, US audience %, and platform-specific stats. The tool guides you step-by-step with tooltips. No login or data storage. Everything stays in your browser.

Yes, and this is where SponsorCraft goes beyond every competitor. The paid version includes a dedicated Multi-Platform Bundle tab: toggle on each platform you post on, enter your stats, and get a single combined bundle rate instantly. It is the cross-platform deal package brands increasingly want to buy. No other rate calculator offers this. Individual platform calculators cover Instagram Reels/Stories/Feed, TikTok, YouTube long-form, and YouTube Shorts.

SponsorCraft's most unique feature: not available on any competitor. If you post on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok, the Multi-Platform tab calculates a combined bundle price for a brand deal across all your channels at once. Toggle platforms on or off, enter your per-platform stats, and the app outputs a single bundled rate you can negotiate as one package. Brands running cross-platform campaigns love this format, and presenting it as a structured number rather than three separate asks puts you in a far stronger negotiating position.

The paid add-ons module lets you layer fees for usage rights, exclusivity periods, whitelisting/UGC rights, rush delivery, or multi-platform packages. Each has industry-standard multipliers (e.g., +20–50% for exclusivity) so you can customise quotes professionally.

Zero. SponsorCraft is a single local HTML file: no servers, no analytics, no data collection. Your inputs never leave your device. Perfect for privacy-conscious creators.

The current version uses 2025–2026 data from Modash, Influencer Marketing Hub, Impact.com, ClickAnalytic, and Lumanu. Future versions may include refresh options as the creator economy evolves.

Most free tools use simple flat averages ($X per 1K followers) that ignore niche, relative engagement, tier floors, and audience quality, often underpricing small creators or overgeneralising. SponsorCraft's multi-factor model gives more accurate, personalised numbers, plus offline access, pro exports, and bonus documents.

SponsorCraft runs a five-step pricing model. Your average views set your real reach, your creator niche adjusts the platform CPM, your engagement rate is compared against your platform's own average, your audience tier and location are applied, and finally a format multiplier prices the specific placement. Every figure is benchmarked against published industry research rather than a flat average.

Yes. AI is one of the 19 main creator niches, with sub-niches covering AI productivity, AI development, AI creative work, AI news and commentary, AI business automation, and AI research and education. AI tooling brands have their own advertiser ecosystem, so AI creators are priced against that rather than being lumped in with general tech.

Yes. Automotive is a dedicated niche in SponsorCraft, with sub-niches for car reviews and test drives, modification and tuning, motorcycles, maintenance and DIY repair, EVs, and motorsports. Whether you cover Formula 1 or build project cars, your rate starts from an automotive baseline.

Yes. Music is a main niche, covering music production, singing and covers, instruments, songwriting, music reviews, and music education. Music creators attract instrument, plugin, DAW, headphone and audio interface sponsors, which is a different advertiser pool from general entertainment.

A main niche like Tech covers everything from smartphone reviews to cybersecurity, but those audiences are worth very different amounts to advertisers. Picking a sub-niche narrows your pricing baseline to the specific advertiser pool buying your kind of content. Sub-niches are always optional: you can keep the general niche and still get a full rate.

Yes. SponsorCraft exports a branded PDF rate card in seconds, including your channel stats, every placement rate, which placements are included versus shown for reference, any deal add-ons you have switched on, your past brand collaborations, and your total deal value. It is designed to be sent straight to a brand or agency.

Yes, completely. SponsorCraft is a single HTML file that runs entirely in your browser. Fonts and PDF export libraries are bundled inside the file, so nothing is fetched from the internet at any point. You can price a deal and export a rate card on a plane or with no signal.

No. There is no login, no email capture, no account, and no subscription. Nothing you type is uploaded anywhere. You download the file once and it is yours to use forever.
