Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and SponsorCraft, a product of Variant International ("we," "us," or "our"), governing your download and use of the SponsorCraft offline calculator tool (the "Tool").

By downloading, opening, or using the Tool in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Description of the Tool

SponsorCraft is a one-time purchase, offline HTML calculator tool that runs locally in your web browser. It requires no internet connection after download, no account creation, no login, and no subscription. All processing happens entirely on your device.

The Tool provides sponsorship rate estimates and generates rate card exports based on the channel metrics you input. These outputs are for informational and reference purposes only and do not constitute financial or business advice.

We reserve the right to release updated versions of the Tool. Updates are not automatically delivered — they are made available as new downloads through Gumroad.

Eligibility

To use SponsorCraft, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from using the Tool under applicable law

If you are using the Tool on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

License

Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to use the Tool for your own personal or internal business purposes. This license permits:

• Use of the Tool on your own devices
• Commercial use of the Tool to generate rate cards and estimates for your own creator or agency work

This license does not permit:

• Redistribution, resale, sublicensing, or sharing the Tool file with third parties
• Repackaging or reselling the Tool as your own product
• Removing or obscuring any copyright or attribution notices within the Tool

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Tool only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Tool's source code beyond what is permitted by applicable law
• Modify or create derivative works based on the Tool for redistribution or resale
• Use the Tool in any way that infringes the intellectual property rights of Variant International

Intellectual Property

The Tool and all of its content — including but not limited to the HTML, CSS, JavaScript, pricing methodology, formula logic, design, text, and graphics — are owned by Variant International and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your purchase grants you a license to use the Tool as described above. It does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.

Disclaimers

The Tool is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• The accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any rate estimates produced by the Tool
• Compatibility with every browser or operating system

Sponsorship rate estimates generated by SponsorCraft are based on published industry benchmarks and are for informational purposes only. Actual deal values vary based on negotiation, brand budget, audience fit, content quality, and many other factors. We do not guarantee any specific outcome from using the Tool.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Variant International and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Tool.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you paid for the Tool.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Tool after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the Tool.
