Refund Policy

Overview

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of SponsorCraft ("we," "us," or "our"), a one-time purchase offline calculator tool sold via Gumroad. There are no subscriptions, plans, or recurring charges of any kind.

Please read this policy before purchasing. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms below.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued only where a valid reason exists. You may be eligible for a full refund if all of the following conditions are met:

• Your refund request is submitted within 14 days of your original purchase date
• You have not previously received a refund from SponsorCraft
• Your purchase was made directly through our Gumroad listing
• Your request is accompanied by one of the valid reasons listed below

Valid reasons for a refund include:

• Technical failure: The file does not open or function correctly in a standard modern browser and the issue cannot be resolved through our support
• Not as described: The Tool materially lacks features or functionality that were explicitly described on the product page at the time of purchase
• Duplicate purchase: You were charged more than once for the same product due to a payment error

Change of mind, failure to read the product description, or dissatisfaction with rate estimates (which are benchmarks, not guarantees) do not qualify as valid reasons for a refund.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

• Requests submitted more than 14 days after the purchase date
• A refund has previously been issued to you for SponsorCraft
• The purchase was made through a third-party reseller or platform other than our official Gumroad listing

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us with the following information:

• The email address used for your Gumroad purchase
• Your Gumroad order number or receipt
• A brief explanation of the reason for your request

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and aim to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Processing & Timeline

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed through Gumroad back to your original payment method. Please note:

• Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days of approval
• Card refunds may take an additional 3–7 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank
• We are unable to issue refunds to a different payment method than the one originally charged

You will receive confirmation once your refund has been issued.

Disputes & Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are happy to resolve any billing concerns quickly and fairly. Please reach out to sponsorcraft@variant-intl.com and we will respond promptly.
