One method across the roster
Price each creator from their own numbers, never from the roster's best performer. A new creator is worth what their own views, niche, audience and placement say, not what your top creator earns. The table prices three creators on three platforms with the same method: median views, followers, engagement, niche and audience location in, a rate and a range out. Keeping the method the same across niches and platforms is what keeps client proposals consistent. For rate cards across a whole roster, read rate cards for agencies. To compare creators on a common yardstick, read compare creators across platforms using CPM.
| Creator | Placement | Rate | Range |
|---|---|---|---|
| YouTube, Personal finance, 35,000 subscribers, 14,000 views, 3.5%, 60% US | 60-second mid-roll | $796 | $573 to $1,051 |
| Instagram, Weightlifting, 60,000 followers, 15,000 Reel views, 3.2%, Mixed | Reel | $1,367 | $984 to $1,804 |
| TikTok, Competitive gaming, 120,000 followers, 40,000 views, 8.5%, Global | Dedicated video | $1,249 | $899 to $1,649 |
Pricing a creator on several platforms
Many creators sell across platforms. SponsorCraft's Multi-Platform tab prices each platform and adds the selected placements into one package base, with no bundle discount. For a travel creator with 80,000 YouTube subscribers, 40,000 Instagram followers and 70,000 TikTok followers, it shows a mid-roll at $991, a Reel at $814 and a dedicated TikTok video at $893, a combined package base of $2,698 with a Mixed audience. The tab shows no Why this rate line. For one creator across platforms, see the multi-platform sponsorship calculator.

The YouTube mid-roll prices at $991 (range $714 to $1,308), the Instagram Reel at $814 (range $586 to $1,074) and the dedicated TikTok video at $893 (range $643 to $1,179).
The Multi-Platform tab adds one creator's selected placements. It does not price a roster, so price each creator in turn.
Assumptions: a model estimate, not a guarantee. Mixed audience defaults on all three platforms. YouTube Shorts is switched off, so the base is the sum of the three selected placements.
Quote usage, whitelisting and exclusivity as lines
Clients ask for more than a post. Price each extra as its own line so it can be discussed, traded or dropped. In SponsorCraft each extra is a percentage of the base and is added, not multiplied. The example is a 40,000-follower solo travel creator on Instagram with a Tier-1 audience: a Reel at $911, 3 months of usage rights at $456 and 1 month of whitelisting at $200, for a deal total of $1,568. The app labels its usage rights percentages an estimated pricing assumption, not an industry standard. To negotiate the terms, read about usage rights and exclusivity.

The Deal Summary adds the base $911, usage rights $456 and whitelisting $200, for a total deal value of $1,568. The same creator's feed post prices at $702 (range $505 to $926), a Story at $200 (range $144 to $265) and a link in bio at $100.
The app's Why this rate line addresses the creator, so read it as the app's wording: "Your Reels reach about 23% of your followers, above the typical 19% for an account your size, which raises this rate above the median for your follower count."
Assumptions: model estimates, not guarantees. Usage rights for 3 months is +50% and whitelisting is 22% per 30 days in the app. Reel only selected.

Adding your margin and sending the rate card
SponsorCraft has no separate margin setting. Click any rate, type your own figure, and the rate card the client receives has your margin built in. The PDF carries the creator's details and stats: channel name, handle, recent videos and past brands, with either the selected placements or the full menu. It carries the creator's details, not your agency's name or logo. Keep each exported PDF as the record of what you quoted.
Which license an agency needs
SponsorCraft is one app sold under two licenses: the Creator License ($49) for creators pricing their own content, and the Agency and Brands License ($129) for brands and agencies working with creators. It is not tied to one creator, so you can price every creator on your roster. Both are one-time purchases, with no subscription.
What SponsorCraft does not do
SponsorCraft is a pricing app. It does not find or vet creators, run a CRM or a campaign, or report results. It prices a creator from the numbers you enter. If you work for a brand and price creators in-house, read influencer pricing for brands.

Common questions
How should an agency price influencers for a client?
